0.5.3 (older version) safe-to-deploy

From mozilla/supply-chain copy of hg. By Nika Layzell.

I am no longer the primary maintainer of radium, however I have audited the code to ensure it is still correct. The implementation contains no unsafe logic, and will not abstract away Sync trait bounds.

The core logic is very simple, and acts as an abstraction trait for Cell<T> and AtomicT.

Crates in the crates.io registry are tarball snapshots uploaded by crates' publishers. The registry is not using crates' git repositories. There is absolutely no guarantee that the repository URL declared by the crate belongs to the crate, or that the code in the repository is the code inside the published tarball. To review the actual code of the crate, it's best to use cargo crev open radium. Alternatively, you can download the tarball of radium v1.1.0 or view the source online.
