This crate provides crate::utils::Colo, which is actually vec_arena::Arena with all names replaced, doc comments stripped, and copyright notices removed.

This crate is not actively malicious.

The author released a series of crates with similar contents. Considering that and the author's other crates such as metaverse, it's likely that the actual intent of these crates is name-squatting or making a point about the lack of name-squatting policy.

Crates in the crates.io registry are tarball snapshots uploaded by crates' publishers. The registry is not using crates' git repositories. There is absolutely no guarantee that the repository URL declared by the crate belongs to the crate, or that the code in the repository is the code inside the published tarball.
