This crate provides crate::utils::Colo, which is actually vec_arena::Arena with all names replaced, doc comments stripped, and copyright notices removed. The author released a series of crates with similar contents. See my review on orano 0.0.1 for a list of such crates.

This crate is not actively malicious.
