iqkms-types: common type definitions

This crate provides type definitions which can be shared between the client and server components of iqkms.

iqkms is currently in an early stage of development and is not ready to use.

Minimum Supported Rust Version

This crate requires Rust 1.64 at a minimum.

We may change the MSRV in the future, but it will be accompanied by a minor version bump.
