Arrowhead

Base library made for writing applications able to produce systems compliant with the Eclipse Arrowhead core systems.

This library is currently in an early-stage work-in-progress. It is not usable. Please do not make pull requests or comment on the library, unless an agreement has been made beforehand between you and the crate owner.
