Cargo Features

wad-rs has no features set by default.

wad-rs = { version = "0.2.0", features = ["parallel"] }

parallel = rayon

The "parallel" feature is disabled by default

Features from optional dependencies

In crates that don't use the dep: syntax, optional dependencies automatically become Cargo features. These features may have been created by mistake, and this functionality may be removed in the future.

Enables rayon

Rayon probably doesn't give much on a performance boost (my tests even showed a performance regression in some cases)
I implemented it anyway because I wanted to experiment with Rayon for a bit
