Generate TC Identity

use tck_no::tckn;

}

Validate TC Identity

use tck_no::tckn;

fn main() {
    let tc_identity = "38246970008";

    if tckn::validate(tc_identity) {
        println!("Valid!");
    } else {

    }
}
