Cargo Features

peepmatic-runtime has no features set by default.

Enable support for a few extra methods that are required by the peepmatic crate when constructing peephole optimizers, but are not needed when simply using already-constructed peephole optimizers.

Features from optional dependencies

In crates that don't use the dep: syntax, optional dependencies automatically become Cargo features. These features may have been created by mistake, and this functionality may be removed in the future.
