The std feature is set by default whenever pallet-generic-asset is added without default-features = false somewhere in the dependency tree.

Enables std of parity-scale-codec ^1.3.4, frame-support ^2.0.0-rc6, frame-system ^2.0.0-rc6, serde, sp-runtime ^2.0.0-rc6, and sp-std ^2.0.0-rc6

serde:

Provide impls for common standard library types like Vec<T> and HashMap<K, V>.
Requires a dependency on the Rust standard library.

Features from optional dependencies
