The std feature is set by default whenever ethereum is added without default-features = false somewhere in the dependency tree.

std default

Enables std of bytes, parity-scale-codec, ethereum-types, hash-db, hash256-std-hasher, rlp, scale-info, serde, sha3, and trie-root

serde:

Provide impls for common standard library types like Vec<T> and HashMap<K, V>.
Requires a dependency on the Rust standard library.

with-codec = codec, scale-info

Enables ethereum-types

with-serde = serde

Enables serialize of ethereum-types

Features from optional dependencies

In crates that don't use the dep: syntax, optional dependencies automatically become Cargo features. These features may have been created by mistake, and this functionality may be removed in the future.
