DEng, the Difference Engine

Currently a major Work in Progress; all claims below are hopes for the future. 😄

DEng is an extensible language-aware diff; plugins in a variety of forms can be used to add support for language-specific parsing. By default, it degenerates to a standard line-by-line textual diff.
