translation process, it makes sense to keep the
tests collected together in this bitcoin-test
crate to ensure that they are comprehensive and
consistent across the entire Bitcoin system. Once
the translation is complete and the tests have
been thoroughly vetted, they can be distributed
accordingly.

critical to ensuring its stability and security,
but it's only possible once all the crate
translations have been implemented and thoroughly
tested. Until then, collecting the tests together
in this bitcoin-test
crate is an essential step
in ensuring that all components of the system are
tested thoroughly and consistently.
