RustCrypto: SLH-DSA

Pure Rust implementation of the SLH-DSA (aka SPHINCS+) signature scheme.

Implemented based on the FIPS-205 Inital Public Draft.

Minimum Supported Rust Version

This crate requires Rust 1.75 at a minimum.

We may change the MSRV in the future, but it will be accompanied by a minor version bump.
